You have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal

The withdrawal request is validated following receipt and verification of the returned item.
Validated returns will be credited to the payment method used during purchase. The refund is triggered within 2 working days following the validation of the return
You change your mind directly after confirming your order? If we have not yet started to prepare your item, you will be fully reimbursed, ie the total value of the product as well as the delivery costs not incurred.
You change your mind when we have started to prepare your order, or when it is delivered or in the process of being delivered? You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item to return it, packaged with care. Once the item has been received and checked, you will be refunded the full price of the item. The delivery costs initially paid for the benefit of the logistics service provider will not be reimbursed.
Products not eligible for returns The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in certain cases. These include:
-Items that are not returned in their original packaging
- Items returned in poor condition, broken or defective

Faulty goods If you notice that the item is faulty on receipt, please inform our Customer Services team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. It is important to provide us with one or more photo(s) as well as a description of the manufacturing defect found.
