Returns 14 days

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal

Request a return? Nothing could be easier! You just have to send us an e-mail to contact@MaisonAnnabi.com in which you express your request as well as the reason of your return

The retraction request is validated following the reception and the verification of the returned article.

Validated returns will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund is triggered within 2 working days following the validation of the return

You change your mind directly after validating your order? If we have not yet started to prepare your item, you will be fully refunded, that is, the total value of the product as well as the shipping costs not incurred.

If you change your mind after we have started to prepare your order, or after it has been delivered or is in the process of being delivered, you will be refunded the full value of the product and the shipping costs not incurred. You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item to return it, carefully packaged. Once the item is received and verified, you will be refunded the full price of the item. The delivery costs initially paid to the logistics provider will not be refunded.

Products not eligible for return

The right of withdrawal can not be exercised in certain cases. These are in particular:
-Items that are not returned in their original packaging
-Items returned in poor condition, broken or defective

Defective products

If you notice that the item is defective upon receipt, please inform our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
